The Washington County Community Development Officer is responsible for:
Enhanced 911 addressing in unincorporated areas of the County as well as our smaller municipalities (Vera, Ramona, Ochelata & Copan).
Floodplain Management services for unincorporated areas of the County.
Code Enforcement services in unincorporated areas of the County limited to violations of State Statute.
Geographic Information Systems development and implementation for the County with an emphasis on working with multi-disciplined agencies to aide in the development and maintenance of a valid graphic interactive map.
Deputy Director of Emergency Management - Responsible for logistical operations.
